Bought this at Canadian Tire but the box was missing the whisk attachment and I have searched everywhere for this one part with zero success. Not a bad mixer otherwise but I am looking for an entirely new mixer now so I can use it to whisk.

I have to say that Paderno has a GREAT customer service and after sale. I have just received a replacement mixer although only the beaters fell apart. Thank you Paderno!!! So this review is to void the review I wrote back in February.

This is cheap garbage; dangerous and making a mess is guaranteed

The attachment are really cheap and will break while using it.
Made a mess while churning butter. Paderno, you are now considered a subpart product in my house hold.

this is a really shitty mixer, the batter fell apart. Got in touch with them through FB and they never got back to me after they asked me to send them photos, although I also sent a video. This was their reply Hi, thank you for your message. We are currently looking into this to see what's possible. I assume NOTHING is possible!!! I will never buy another Paderno product.

DO NOT BUY - BATTER broke dangerously

Purchased this item 2 Years ago. Was mixing potatoes and 2 batter branches completely detached from the pole. Called CS to get new batters. They wanted to charge me $23 + tx + shipping ($15) for new batters without confirming if the recurring problem was fixed or not. Unacceptable. Furthermore, the entire mixer is on sale at 70$ at Canadian Tire. Won't buy Paderno anymore with this poor CS service.
