Featured Recipe
Grilled Pork Kabobs
Ingredients (4 Portions):

 

Sauce

1 cup               Tomato Ketchup

¼ cup              Brown Sugar

3 Tbsp             Balsamic Vinegar

3 Tbsp             Minced Onion

3 Tbsp             Chopped Herbs (Parsley, Thyme, Basil, and/or Chives)

2 Tbsp             Old Fashioned Grainy Mustard

2 Tbsp             Minced Garlic

1 Tbsp             Lemon Juice

to taste             Tabasco Sauce

 

Method:

Combine all ingredients and set aside.

 

Kabobs

 

8 each              Bamboo Skewers (soaked in water for 1 hour)

1 lbs.                Pork Loin Meat (cut into 1 inch cubes)

24 each            Cherry Tomatoes

24 each            One Inch Pieces of Red Bell Peppers

24 each            One Inch Pieces of Green Bell Peppers

24 each            One Inch Pieces of Yellow Bell Peppers

24 each            Peeled Pearl Onions




Method:

 

Skewer the above food items one at a time alternating the different products.  You should have three of each on each skewer.

Place on a preheated BBQ at Medium Heat and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.  Brush with sauce after 5 minutes of cooking.
