Refund Policy

Paderno will cover all parts defective in material or labour. We will, at our sole option, repair or replace any defective parts free of charge. This warranty does not cover problems arising from misuse, alteration, normal wear or improper care, nor does it cover cookware used for non-food purposes. This warranty only applies if noted in product description. All products sold on www.paderno.com will have a 30-day money back guarantee provided it is returned to us in the the original unused condition it was sent. Paderno will not pay shipping charges for any returned product.

Customer must have, “Proof of purchase” and the product in order to proceed with a warranty claim.
